Peer Mentor Training

Our peer mentoring training programmes look at how pupils can support each other, the school community and staff by either supporting play, study skills or resolving conflict.

We use a variety of approaches to support the students learning. The sessions include half-day training with potential mentors selected by the school which covers the role and responsibility of a mentor, game playing, listening skills,  role play, child protection and communication skills.

Our aim is to make the training programme interactive and fun so pupils really enjoy taking part.

We have successfully worked with many schools including Hamptons Gardens, Yaxley and and St John’s Fisher, Peterborough since 2014. Over those years we have helped develop and train over 350 mentors.
